FORME Identity is an online clothing store based in Malta, offering print-on-demand fashion products. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

All products are made to order and printed on demand. Product colours may vary slightly from screen images due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to use the chosen payment method
  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, Printful. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. FORME Identity is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
