Thank you for shopping with FORME Identity. All our products are made to order and printed on demand through our production partner, Printful. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Because every item is uniquely produced for you after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review our size guides before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@formeidentity.store
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. EU Consumer Rights (Malta & European Union)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless the goods are personalised or made to specification. Because our products are custom-made on demand, the right of withdrawal may not apply under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, we always honour our commitment to quality. If your product is defective, we will resolve it promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items ordered in the correct size/colour with no production fault

5. Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund timings may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
