Thank you for shopping with FORME Identity. All our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please review our shipping information below.
1. Production Time
Because every item is custom-produced after your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. This applies to all products in our store.
2. Shipping Times
Once your order is produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Malta & Europe: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
5. Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. FORME Identity is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@formeidentity.store and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. FORME Identity is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@formeidentity.store.
